“Do hwa’s menu reads like an encyclopedia of authentic Korean home cooking, but the thing to do here is work the grill.  The personable waiters bring platters of raw, marinated meat or seafood, which you barbecue at a hibachi that is set into the table.  Do Hwa’s speciality is beef, from short ribs to thin-sliced rib eye.  Cook until tender, pile onto a lettuce leave with perilla, a mint like herb, dot with bean or chile paste, roll, and pop into your mouth.  Repeat until satisfied.”
